You get access to a pool of pre-screened healthcare professionals available on-demand without hidden fees or markups. If you need more shifts than the plan includes, you can pay for additional shifts at a prorated rate.

4. How do I know I’m getting qualified candidates? All candidates are carefully vetted to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications, certifications, and experience for their respective roles. We handle all the vetting, so you can be confident you're getting reliable professionals.

5. What if I need more shifts than my plan includes? If you require additional shifts beyond the plan, you will be charged at a prorated rate based on the shift type. This allows you to scale up or down depending on your changing needs, without paying for more than you need.

6. What if I only need a candidate for one shift? No problem! Our model is flexible, and you can get coverage for one-off shifts as needed. You’ll only pay for the shifts you use, ensuring cost efficiency.

7. Is malpractice insurance covered? Clients are responsible for ensuring candidates carry proper malpractice insurance or are covered under your organization’s policy.

8. Can I hire a candidate directly from the pool? If you are interested in hiring a candidate permanently, we offer a conversion process. Please contact us for more details on how this works.

9. What happens if I’m not satisfied with a candidate? If you're not satisfied with a candidate, we can work with you to find a replacement. We’re committed to ensuring you receive high-quality service.

10. How can I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription at any time with 14 days’ notice via a written notice. We will confirm your cancellation and ensure you're no longer billed for the next cycle.

11. Is there a trial period to see if this service is a good fit for my practice? Yes! We offer a one time trial week where you can evaluate the service, and any shifts worked during this period will be billed at a prorated rate based on your selected plan. This allows you to experience the service and ensure it's a good fit before committing to a full month.
